That's why we foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development empowering our team members to grow personally and professionally.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join the project team on-site role in Singapore. This role involves installation, energization, commissioning (SAT), and qualification of multiple superskids as part of an upstream drug substance production train. The engineer will oversee key systems within an integrated production environment, including fermentation, extraction, and the preparation and storage of media, buffers, and antigens.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure correct construction and commissioning of fermentation, extraction, and media/buffer packages in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot process equipment and provide technical resolutions
  • Act as the representative for all process-related activities and installations
  • Track engineering progress and ensure alignment with project specifications
  • Review technical documentation and detailed design studies (e.g., P&IDs, datasheets, functional specifications, 3D models)
  • Oversee construction, testing, and change management processes
  • Supervise contractors and perform on-site inspections (e.g., P&ID walkdowns, SAT execution)
  • Provide technical support across commissioning, testing, and qualification phases
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Engineering, especially in capital investment projects from design to facility start-up
  • Extensive experience in commissioning and qualification of integrated production systems
  • Strong knowledge in functional and technical process requirements, control systems, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project; experience with SchedulePro/SuperPro or similar tools is preferred
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Mandarin is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage contractors in a high-demand cGMP and EHS environment
