- Provides planning and monitoring, milestone management, resources forecasting and change management across the project portfolio.
- Guarantees the quality of the deliverables, the compliance with the contractual schedule and the allocated budget.
- Works with a technical team and arrange regular teams meetings to reach project objectives
- Help the team members to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Manage customer relationship during the projects through strong governance.
- Expected to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Degree in Computer Science / Software engineering / Information technology related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in managing large and complex projects covering IT, information systems and Engineering fields, with external subcontracting.
- With an experience in the implementation of complex information systems (CCTV e.g. Milestone VMS, Database e.g. Oracle, Network e.g. Cisco, Alcatel, IT Cyber-security e.g. HSM, CyberArk, Biometric Management System) and/or system architecture, the candidate has strong organizational and management capabilities, and solid understanding of full development cycle.
- An international certification in project management (PMI, for example) is a plus.
