The team aims to maintain product stability and security, simplicity, and ease of use; effectively support business growth and multi-business balance; and help TikTok become a comprehensive platform that connects people, content, and services.Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the user product experience of TikTok, collaborate with the team to implement the management of experience-related issues, including issue identification, reporting, assessment, resolution, and review.
- Establish a data monitoring system for user experience monitoring and identify potential risks and abnormal fluctuations from user feedback to report the bugs/issues and provide data support for continuous business optimization.
- Establish good cooperative relationships and collaboration mechanisms with internal teams and external partners, promptly identify, follow up on, and drive the resolution of user experience issue.
- Combine business needs with user feedback research and collection to analyze genuine user needs.
- Regularly review rules, products, and strategies related to user experience; monitor overall experience data, evaluate experience standards, and promptly detect existing experience issues.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than three years of work experience, in-depth understanding and judgment of industry development, user experience, and competitor dynamics, with keen insight and analytical skills.
- Rigorous logical thinking, excellent structured expression ability; Good at clearly elaborating issues, strategies, and solutions, and able to provide sufficient data support for decision-making.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau, with strong data sensitivity.Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working across multiple locations and timezones within global organizations.
