- Establish and generate new sales using existing and potential customer network;
- Develop an annual strategy and monthly monitoring schedule for sales;
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions;
- Monitor sales metrics;
- Have product knowledge and create a unique selling proposition;
- Organise product trials, meetings, demonstrations and promotions for potential clients and sales opportunities;
- Plan regional sales budget and develop a sales plan for key accounts and customers in the region;
- Report on sales schedule, weekly sales reports and updates;
- Handle customer feedback and prototyping approval;
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth;
- Feedback on current projects and development for key accounts;
- Monitor competitors’ pricing strategy, activities and products.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales or account management experience;
- Experience in working with regional sales accounts, including distributors and end-users;
- In-depth understanding of regional markets relating to Quick Service Restaurant and Meat Processing industries;
- In-depth knowledge of competition and ability to apply competing successful strategies;
- Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused;
- Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team;
- Able to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
