
APAC Partner Manager, Product Partnerships

- Manage core operations for Commerce and Messaging Partnerships programs, including annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and translate them into internal and external programs and solutions, designed to help businesses find success on TikTok.
- Lead strategic initiatives for both global partners expansion in APAC and regional partners acceleration.
- Independently oversee the efficient running of strategic initiatives between TikTok and 3rd-party companies.
- Partner with Growth & Marketing teams to define the most impactful lead acquisition process and online/offline sales activations via partners.
- Experience presenting to the key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internal and external.Qualifications:Minimum Qualification
- 5+ years of partnership management, or growth marketing, SMB business is a great plus.
- Strong background in the advertisement industry, familiar with major media and commerce players in the market.
- Strong quantitative/analytical skill.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.Preferred Qualification
- Experience developing complex product integrations and GTM with third parties.
- You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you're able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap
- Experience working as part of an international team.
- Fluency in Korean is a great plus for day-to-day interaction with external Korean-speaking stakeholders based in Korea markets
