- Events coordination and execution (both in-person and virtual events)
- Events management and operations
- Events logistics set-up, preparation, and tear down
- Client management, event facilitation and briefing
- Recruiting, training and management of a team of facilitators
- Events logistics planning, inventory management, stock-check and equipment maintenance
- Developing and testing of new games, creative workshops and experiences
- Administrative duties and other matters required

- Able to handle a dynamic working environment (involves physical work, conducting outdoor events under the sun,
- Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc)
- REQUIRED: Class 3 Driver’s License (Auto or Manual) (You will be required to drive our company vans)
