The Commercial Project Manager will oversee the sales process for multiple product lines and projects in segments. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving business growth. Project Management (90%): Project Leadership: Lead and manage brownfield projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Resource Allocation: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project milestones and deliverables, proposing improvements as needed. External stakeholder management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the utility segment, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical Engineering 5+ Years related experience, proven experience in sales project management, preferably in the utility & industrial segment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications are a plus Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances Transparent, On time communication Strategic thinking skills with creativity Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus
