  • Responsible for providing support and answering Workday related queries raised by employees within the bank globally
  • Perform analysis and root cause identification on incident requests, research on solutions, and escalating to next level support where appropriate
  • Serve as a liaison with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Partnership Resources, IT teams, and other groups on matters pertaining to Workday system
  • Manage tickets using internal case management system to compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate closure of queries and tickets
  • Develop positive working connections with all collaborators.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Good working attitude and team player
  • Previous working experience in support environment is a plus
