As we grow our operations, we’re seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support daily vehicle movement coordination, documentation, and backend reporting processes.Job DescriptionAs an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Operations and Logistics team to ensure smooth vehicle coordination, accurate documentation, and timely reporting. This role provides valuable exposure to both the automotive and hospitality industries.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily coordination of vehicle deliveries and movements between outletsAssist in updating vehicle delivery statuses and tracking readinessHelp conduct basic condition checks and document findingsVerify the completeness of vehicle-related documents and assist with filingLiaise with internal teams (sales, admin, outlets) to support workflow continuityMaintain accurate operational logs and support report generationPerform data entry, simple analysis, and ad-hoc administrative dutiesRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related fieldOrganized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibilityProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and a team playerInterest in operations, logistics, or the automotive sectorAble to commit at least 3 months (longer preferred)What You’ll GainHands-on experience in operations and logistics within a hybrid industryMentorship and guidance from an experienced operations teamOpportunity to participate in cross-functional projectsA dynamic and supportive work culturePotential for conversion to a full-time role based on performanceApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
