- Business development: Identifying and qualifying new leads, developing proposals, tailoring and offering suitable programs. The candidate should be aware of industry trends and best practices and have marketing skills.
- Account management: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, provide excellent customer service and look out for opportunities to introduce relevant Training programs. The candidate should also monitor delivery milestones and coordinate with subject matter experts from the training team.
- Contract management: Draft and negotiate contracts and service agreements with external organizations, working closely with internal stakeholders from Legal, Insurance, Taxation etc.
- B2B sales experience is a MUST
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior outdoor sales experience is an added advantage
- Salary up to $5,000 with AWS + Commission
- Working location at West Singapore
