Develop and optimize processes for new Packaging technology of SAW products
Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions for Photolithography
Defines package requirements for new technology and customer requirements.
Develops recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials and tools/machine qualification and characterization.
Support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing.
Responsibilities may include documentation management and an understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

Job Requirements

Degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 2~3 years work experience
Strong aptitude for research and development and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors
Proficient in statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE) and comfortable with analysis software tools.
Highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility work attitude for sudden changes in work assignments
Development or Process engineering background specially in Photolithography process would be an advantage
