Production Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability. Adjust plans based on shifting priorities or unforeseen delays.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw materials and finished goods inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
Data Analysis: Analyze production data, performance metrics, and historical trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless communication and execution of production plans.
Problem-Solving: Address production issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization to management.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
Compliance: Ensure that all planning activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelors' or a Master's degree in Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering / Business Management or similar from a recognized institution
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written).
Ability to gather relevant information systematically, seek input from others, use accurate logic in problem analysis, and make sound decisions.
Ability to see the big picture and plan strategically to take the organization to the next level.
5-10+ years related experience in Wafer Planning, experience in Semiconductor Industry preferred.
Manufacturing/Production Control environment and a well understanding of the supply chain.
Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory management (2-5 years preferred).

Following Requirements are a plus:

Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Experience with advance planning systems.
PowerBI
Final phase system
Fabtime
