Learn more about what sets us apart .About The RoleAs a Building Maintenance Technician at Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Singapore Strata Management business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and estates. Report to the Site Head, you will perform a variety of technical tasks such as hands-on repairs, routine safety checks and preventive maintenance, to keep the facilities at optimal condition. We are seeking a proactive team player with relevant experience in building maintenance.What You Will Be DoingHands-On Repairs: Perform a variety of general building repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and painting.
