Lean Operation and Quality Management team is responsible for the continuous improvement of FSSC's end-to-end process with quality management as a lever, aiming to increase the efficiency, quality, and service level of FSSC.Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with FSSC AP operation process and able to identify process risks.
2. Regularly develop the AP process quality inspection plan and carry out quality inspection.
3. Output the quality inspection report, conduct root cause analysis on the problems identified in the quality inspection, and propose improvement suggestions.
4. Be able to dynamically follow the changes in the operation process and put forward optimization suggestions for the quality inspection plan.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance or related, proficient in Office software.
2. More than 2 years of work experience in the financial shared service center, familiar with the AP process.Preferred Requirements:
1. Prior work experience in the Internet industry is preferred.
2. Strong risk management awareness and prior quality inspection work experience are preferred.
3.
