
Senior Executive (L7) – Governance & Business Support

- Provide business and operational support to the CEO Office while contributing to strategic and day-to-day execution needs of the Customer Excitement team.
- Provide cross-functional support to ensure timely execution and smooth implementation of strategic and operational projects.
- Support internal communications, documentation, and operational deliverables across key stakeholders and departments.
- Ensure governance and compliance by managing the company's Business Information Security Officer (BISO) responsibilities and CRM Data Stewardship.
- Assist in digital product and platform rollouts through testing, structured feedback, and post-launch support.
- Assist in the execution and planning of key brand events, media engagements, and customer-facing activations.
- And any other reasonable assigned tasks.
- Degree or minimum diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business support, event coordination, or internal operations.
- Experience in dealing with and engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle parallel responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to supporting teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and a willingness to learn internal business systems.
- Basic understanding of governance requirements and data security practices.
- Collaborative and proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Clear and concise communicator, comfortable liaising across levels and departments.
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context.
