About the job Sales Engineer
  • Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors
  • Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products
  • Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets
  • Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers
  • Cultivate effective long-term relationships with the customers
  • Acquire expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.
Requirements:
  • Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)
  • Strong technical and commercial background.
  • Min 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers
  • Electrical product knowledge
  • Resourceful and results-oriented.
  • Highly motivated, self-confident, self-starting work ethics
