It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionThis role is a key member of the Enterprise AI team, responsible for managing the project management office for data science and AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering impactful outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and project execution. The main responsibilities are to:
  • Manage the delivery of data science and AI projects across business and support units.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, data science, and project management best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a Financial Institution, with a strong track record in project or program management.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving data science or technology components.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data science concepts and AI technologies is a plus.
  • Agile project management experience is preferred.
