Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative processes on education student related matters
  • Assisting faculty in Module Profile updates and mark entry for every Trimester
  • Assisting faculty in admission screening related matters and checking of matriculation documents
  • Providing administrative and logistic coordination duties on exam venue, internship placement, overseas immersion programs, etc.
  • Process, verify lecturers’ teaching claims and submit to finance department
  • Liaise with with IT vendors on account issues for lecturers
  • Managing Alumni and Career Services database as well as to plan for events for Undergraduate and Postgraduate department
  • Create and plan a strategy for awareness of the University’s branding on attract more alumni member
  • Managing newsletter, marketing content, events and meeting with Alumni Network team
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant field
  • More than 3 years of working experience in providing administrative function will be an added advantage
  • Experience in organizing events and coordination will be an added advantage
