- No prior skills are needed for the role . Training will be provided for 6 months as a starter. Willingness to learn and a passion for problem solving through reparation is required
- The ability to make technical assessments of a bicycle for service.
- The ability to make clear and concise notes of the works to be done & to update the database.
- The ability to execute the necessary repairs on the bicycle.
- The ability to be solution oriented in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to track time and parts used per repair process.

- I offer workshop services such as repairs, maintenance, or customisation to enhance product performance and extend its lifespan.
- I set up experience-focused layouts that highlight our full cycling range — from bikes to accessories and services.
- I ensure product availability across all channels (store, online stock, orders, etc.) so our customers are always ready to ride.
- I maintain a safe and secure environment for teammates and customers — in-store, with our products, and through responsible data handling.
