Are you interested in spearheading the expansion of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability services within a purpose-driven, digitally advanced business? We are seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant with a track record of selling and implementing consulting services in the ESG and Sustainability domain. In this role, you will contribute to our Global Sustainability, Assessment & Assurance team, focusing on growth, project leadership, client service excellence, and team development. The position offers the opportunity to lead diverse sustainability projects, including non-financial report assurance, ESG strategy, responsible sourcing, climate change services, and human rights. Engage with top companies across various sectors, utilizing digital technologies to deliver innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and meet customer needs by creating tailored solutions and successfully selling them to both new and existing clients.
Lead and communicate effectively with project teams and clients, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
Introduce your own discipline's services or existing services to new clients, while also promoting new services to current clients.
Conduct independent assurance audits for clients' Sustainability/Integrated reports, adhering to various reporting frameworks like GRI, IR Framework, SASB, TCFD, etc.
Participate in independently assessing/verifying clients' sustainability indicators, encompassing environmental (Scope 1, 2, and Scope 3 emissions), social, and governance dimensions.
Contribute to the execution of ESG Assurance projects, maintaining high service standards.
Review and assess clients' net Zero Targets or Science-based Targets.
Engage in materiality assessments, impact assessments, and the review of stakeholder engagements to enhance overall sustainability strategies.
Provide support to organizations in implementing TCFD recommendations, evaluating climate-related risks and opportunities, and assisting in the preparation of transparent disclosures for informed decision-making by stakeholders.

Qualifications:

University Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Sustainability Studies.
Additional certifications in sustainability from GRI, SASB, BRSR, ISO 14064, etc., are advantageous.
Demonstrated 3-5 years of expertise in delivering ESG & Sustainability services.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with a first-principle approach.
Proven track record as a trusted advisor and thought leader in ESG/sustainability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, cultural adaptability, and willingness to travel.

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, IR Framework).
Familiarity with GHG Protocols, ISO 14064, and SBTi.
Experience in ESG Assurance aligning with ISAE 3000 (revised) and AA1000 standards.
Proficiency in existing and evolving ESG concepts, including Life Cycle thinking.
Deep knowledge of the regional ESG market.
Effective leadership in project deliveries, ensuring timely and budgeted success with high customer satisfaction.
Flexibility in work hours and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
