
Sales Development Representative

- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development role.
- Strong skills in lead generation and sales conversations, including cold emails, cold calls, prospecting, and nurturing lead effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals efficiently.
- Results-driven and motivated to exceed measurable goals, with experience working under commission-based targets and KPIs.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors' degree in finance, economics or related area is required.
- Drive sales pipeline growth by executing targeted SDR activities, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct research to identify and prioritize key target personas; gather and organize contact information for outreach.
- Lead cold-calling campaigns to engage prospects, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events, converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to develop strategies for pipeline generation and align outreach efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal progression and ensure seamless communication across the sales organization.
- Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales development activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay adaptable and leverage a variety of sales tools to optimize your productivity and outreach efforts.
