Job Description & Requirements路 Min 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365路 Performed Desktop Support services to users路 This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.路 Perform imaging/re-imaging路 Perform asset inventories路 Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)路 Updates Incident records路 Creates and updates work instructions (where necessary)路 Document standards and procedures (where necessary)
