  • Lead Strategic Engagements - Manage complex client projects, from hypothesis development to actionable recommendations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive Innovation - Develop thought leadership that positions the firm as a trusted industry authority.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior executives, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship - Inspire, guide, and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Partner Collaboration - Work closely with Partners to deliver exceptional consulting services to the highest quality standards.
  • Direct Client Engagement - Deliver impactful presentations and maintain strong executive-level relationships to drive ongoing collaboration.
IDEAL TALENT
  • Experience - 8-10 years in top-tier strategy consulting or senior roles in Life, General, Health, Reinsurance, or Asset Management sectors.
  • Education - Undergraduate or advanced degree from a respected academic institution.
  • Expertise in:
  • Strategy: growth, distribution, M&A, market expansion.
  • Operations: claims, underwriting, technology integration.
  • Financial Effectiveness: risk, capital allocation, regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership - Proven ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
  • Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving capabilities, translating data into strategic insights
