In your new role you will:
- Manage the Distribution Centre outbound shipments fulfilling transit time requirement and freight cost optimization;
- Work closely with logistic service provider, including warehouse, Customs and Quality operations to fulfill the defined service KPIs;
- Engage service provider account management team, taking lead in driving continuous improvement in processes and systems;
- Drive problem solving in daily shipping operation by performing problem analysis and implement corrective action;
- Prepare performance reports, data analytics and recommendation to management for mid / long term improvement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Operations Management/Logistics & Supply Chain;
- Entry level candidates will be welcome to apply
- Relevant working experience especially in Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Experience in logistics service provider management;
- Process and system improvement/Project Management experience;
- SAP/Assist4 hands-on experience/knowledge will be an advantage;
