- Identify opportunities and helm efforts to grow and strengthen specific psychological domains • Conceptualise, lead and manage projects and initiatives in specific psychological domains • Conduct research, assessments and interventions in psychological domains relevant to SID. These include, but are not limited to, mental health and well-being, organisational psychology, social psychology and psychological profiling • Provide consultation, advice and training to relevant SID stakeholders in psychological matters • Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team • Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind • Plan and guide your team's professional growth, in both general and technical areas • Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders • Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: • Ability to strategically develop and operationalise the application of psychology to a security and intelligence context • Opportunities to work in multidisciplinary teams and gain adjacent competencies beyond psychology
- Must possess at least a recognised post-graduate degree in Psychology • Minimally 5 years of relevant work experience • Willingness to work in different fields of psychology • Strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
