As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.You will:
- Work as the PowerFlex storage subject matter expert (SME) and station at customer site.
- Provide day to day support to customer’s storage setup.
- Act as the storage escalation point and help the deployment team members on troubleshooting when necessary. • Provide documentation of the storage project.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customer IT staff after completing storage deployment.
- Have good understanding of SAN storage.

- Hands-on experience of configuration and troubleshooting with storage protocols.
- Hands-on experience with storage switches and routers is required.
- Understanding and hands-on experience with SAN is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and tasks and follow through to completion on strict deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users, including non-technical users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or 5 years equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on storage design and implementation. • Dell Technologies storage or equivalent level of certification is preferred.
