[What the role is] Internal Audit Administration[What you will be working on]You will be part of the Internal Audit Department (IAD) responsible for providing an independent and objective assurance of a progressive and effective control environment in MAS.You will:Conduct risk-based IT audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, and provide recommendations to mitigate risk and improve the overall IT security posture of the organisation.Drive/ Support the delivery of the department’s data analytics, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence strategy to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit function.Interact with and present audit outcomes to senior management and the Audit Committee in MAS.Interact with counterparts from other central banks, government agencies, private organisations and professional institutions to keep up with latest developments.[What we are looking for]Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or relevant technical certifications are advantageousMinimum 8 years of experience in technology audit, cyber security, or IT risk managementExperience in auditing cloud security, containerisation technologies, DevSecOps practices and related control frameworksStrong understanding and preferably experience in auditing AI/ML concepts, including AI risk managementProficient in Python programming, with demonstrated experience in developing audit automation toolsHands-on experience with data analytics tools and visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau)Practical knowledge of RPA development and implementation (e.g., Blue Prism)Self-driven, analytical, creative person with good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamStrong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiencesCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentAs part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.[What we are looking for]NA
