- Minimally possess Diploma in Maritime Studies, Maritime Transportation or any other related discipline
- Possess minimally 8 years of experience in the shipping cargo operation to provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams, especially in the container carrier and NVO domains.
- Able to demonstrate your technical expertise and ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and concise way to various audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Able to apply your technical skills and customer relationship management skills to deliver effective technical solutions that meet the business needs of customers and drive adoption.
- An independent individual, so as to manage and task to achieve your annual adoption goals.
- Combine your technical expertise and sales skills to help our customers and partners integrate our standards and APIs into their systems and processes.
- Work with product teams, developers, clients, and marketing teams to communicate the benefits and features.
- Collect and share customer feedback with company's standards development teams, contributing to the improvement and evolution of our standards.
- Travel internationally and work directly with partner carriers, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on support for the integration of company's standards and APIs, ensuring operational excellence in partner carriers.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand and address the specific technical needs of customers.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to partners and customers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and training materials for API integration.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to development teams, contributing to standard enhancement and evolution.
- Engage in international travel to work directly with partner carriers, understanding their unique operational challenges and requirements.
- Focus on the technical aspects of standard adoption, ensuring smooth integration and operational success.
- Serve as a technical expert and advisor to both internal teams and customers, particularly in the shipping/carrier industry.
- Ability to self-organise to achieve your adoption targets for the year.
