- We are currently focused on selling social media and influencer marketing services for the Southeast Asian region, with Singapore as the overseas regional headquarters.
- Pre-production Support:
- Collaborate with the video production team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Assist with scriptwriting, research, and gathering necessary resources for video shoots.
- Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment setup.
- Production Assistance:
- Assist in setting up and operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear during video shoots.
- Support the production team in capturing high-quality footage, including framing shots and ensuring proper audio levels.
- Help manage and organize equipment inventory, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Post-production Support:
- Assist with video editing tasks, including footage organization, rough cuts, and final edits.
- Work closely with the editing team to help implement visual effects, motion graphics, and other post-production elements.
- Help ensure timely delivery of finalized videos by assisting in the export, rendering, and file management processes.
- Content Creation and Creative Input:
- Collaborate with the team to generate innovative ideas for video content that aligns with our brand and objectives.
- Contribute creatively by offering suggestions and solutions during brainstorming sessions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to video production projects.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the video production team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist with project documentation, including maintaining shot lists, call sheets, and other production-related paperwork.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated in a relevant field such as film production, media studies, communications, or a related discipline
- Prior experience or coursework in video production, including basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Proficient in using video editing software and a good understanding of post-production processes.
- Familiarity with video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and the ability to think visually, translating ideas into compelling video content
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
- A portfolio or samples of previous video production work (if available) would be highly advantageous
