Inspect incoming / outgoing semi / final products
Expedite fabrication job for sales orders.
Update the quality control metrics
Update monthly job statistic
Conduct materials verification and document for fabrication job
Inspection and issuing of equipment service report for equipment servicing job
Issue non-conformance report
Documents compilation of manufacturing date record (MDR)
Assist Sales Department in submitting fabrication quotation
Assist to prepare fabrication drawing
Liaise with third party

Requirements

Min GCE O Level / NITEC / Diploma holder, or its equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in related field
Strong communication skills
Able to interact with all level of staffs
PC literate
Able to use Autocad & read and interpret technical drawing
Competence in handling measuring instruments e.g. Vernier Caliper, Micrometer etc.
Able to write technical report and inspection report
Able to liaise with third party
