You will be part of a team responsible for leading the processing of prescriptions, medication management, patient education and other administrative duties in the outpatient pharmacy setting.You will be responsible for:
providing pharmaceutical care services by ensuring optimal patient outcomes
providing safe and efficient pharmacy services (counselling and dispensing) services to ensure that drugs are dispensed accurately according to protocol and legal requirements
ensuring smooth daily operations and profitability of the pharmacy at the polyclinics
the training and supervision of pharmacy staff and students
Qualifications:
Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Work experience in direct patient care is an advantage
