You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, providing high-level administrative support and helping drive internal initiatives, client relationships, and operational excellence.Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s diary, to-do list, and meeting coordination
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
- Take minutes during board and executive meetings, track actions and deadlines
- Represent the CEO in internal meetings when required
- Assist with travel arrangements and visa requirements
- Support client and partner meetings alongside the MD
- Organise client entertainment, gifts, and TLC Spaces initiatives
- Plan and manage internal events including Frankie’s and Local Culture Club activities
- Support special business projects and new entry processes
- Maintain client relationships through calls and emails
- Log interactions in the CRM system and manage reporting tools
- Research and prepare for client meetings and sales pitches
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries in the region
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations
- Champion People & Culture programmes and support global initiatives
- Oversee office management including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Provide general EA support including expenses and contact management
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and internal projects
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Previous EA experience supporting senior leadership or board-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
