
Account Manager - Biotech and Genomic Medicine

- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the small biotech and genomic medicine segments. Build and nature strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned countries.
- Identify and engage with new potential customers in the genomic medicine field to expand Cytiva’s collaboration network.
- Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and customer engagement.
- Qualify leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure consistent opportunity progression across all assigned accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term partnerships.
- A Bachelor's or an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or equivalent with more than 5-7 years of working experience in sales including strategic selling and negotiation sales is required. Familiarity with Biopharmaceutical, Biotech and Genomic Medicine process.
- Proven experience in account management or business development within the biotech or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of genomic medicine trends and customer needs in the ASEAN region.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently across a diverse and dynamic market landscape.
- Ability to travel – 40-50 % travel outside Singapore for business trip
- Have experience and understand Genomic Medicine Process workflow very well.
