- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads.
- Introduce customers to our dealership and offerings.
- Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Understand customer needs through effective KYC (Know Your Customer) conversations.
- Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation.
- Negotiate and close sales professionally.
- Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Consistently strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about cars.
- Minimum education: Secondary School/ GCE "O" Level or equivalent. Diploma holders are welcome.
