- Coordinate with service contractors on project to ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
- Prepare material for submission check and ensure of drawing according to design site coordinator with architect, client and service contractors
- Attend to construction site coordination meetings
- Modify existing BIM (Revit) and updating BIM and extract 2D drawing (AutoCad) from BIM for construction upon request
- Assist Design manager on the tasks assigned
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering (Building Management or Construction Management or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with LTA project experience preferred.
- Must have good knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
- Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of work
