Senior Regional Application Consultant

The candidate's primary responsibility to support Timesheet System for NEC globally:

Initiate and manage Change Requests, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for Timesheet system.
Coordinate with regional counterparts and global system owner to align and execute system-related activities and initiatives.
Act as a liaison between vendors, end-users, and internal teams to provide ongoing support and resolve technical or process issues.
Evaluate existing system functionalities and recommend enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
Maintain and update user training materials; deliver periodic training sessions for regional users to ensure system adoption and proficiency.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager(s).

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
Exposure to application/system development, and know-how is required.
Knowledge in SQL scripting.
Knowledge of Automation tools will be an advantage.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Keen in learning and upgrading.
Able to work independently & effectively with team.
Able to think creatively and work under pressure
