Our client is one of the top Japanese companies, specialising in Building material trading & Real estate business.The Responsibilities:
- Export Sales and Trading of wood related products
- Develop new market and manage existing customers
- Develop new supplier and manage existing suppliers
- Prepare Sales Contract and Purchase order
- Ensure compliance to legal requirements for exports and internal policies, and export procedures
- Monitor export sales transactions and review all customer responses for sales orders and payments
- Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement
- Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements
- Execute and grow business on strategy and plan set by Manager
- Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
- Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required
