• Supervise financial stewardship and governance across Regional Offices.
• Manage day-to-day commercial affairs, ensuring adherence to corporate governance and internal controls.
• Assume responsibility for the financial well-being of Regional Offices, ensuring compliance with corporate reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Cost Centre Owners to develop precise budgets and forecasts.
• Execute regional recharges and true-up processes.
• Provide insightful analysis of regional office performance.

• Enhance the quality and efficacy of financial information.
• Ensure accuracy in forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct performance and variance analysis, devising plans to close gaps.
• Continuously improve systems and processes.
• Review monthly reconciliations using Blackline.
• Assess capital requirements and collaborate with Cost Centre Owners to manage capital spending efficiently.

• Possess an Accountancy Degree or professional qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in major ERP and reporting tools such as SAP or M3.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exhibit attention to detail and a meticulous work ethic.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective team player with robust organizational and deadline management capabilities.
