- Welcoming customers upon entrance
- Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
- Understanding customers needs and directing them to sales consultant or service advisor
- Answer the phone and make appointments, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls
- Generate showroom reports and maintain leads database
- Provide support to marketing activities and events
- Ensure the showroom is in pristine condition
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
- Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant discipline
- At least 1-2 years of experience in concierge/ hospitality/ customer servicing or front facing functions
- Candidates with Automotive industry experience is preferred
- Basic MS Office/ Salesforce is a plus
- 5 days work week (2 days off on weekdays), Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 7pm, Sunday 9.30am - 6pm
