Your immediate focus will be on revolutionizing our financial planning and point-of-sale platforms—driving feature ideation and development, while managing stakeholders and change to ensure widespread adoption across our partner network.Job Description:Support team in implementing new platforms and capabilities, as well as maintaining current distribution platformsCollaborate closely with Engineers, Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, understanding of business requirements, and prioritization of the backlogFacilitate requirement discussions and review user stories to ensure business requirements are accurately capturedOversee delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews and sign-offs, ensuring operational readiness for each release.Document and prioritise identified defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutionSupport in preparing training materials and communications for new launches / releases to ensure business readiness and drive adoptionMonitor project progress, provide updates, and escalate risks and issues as needed, following up on actionable items and mitigations.Who we are looking for:Prior experience in digital transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sector preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and documentation skillsGood working experience in Ms Office Suite, JIRA and ConfluenceInnovative and collaborative mindsetHands-on and accountablePractical and fast learner in a fast-paced environmentWorking Experience:At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sector preferredProfessional Qualifications :Any certification in project management or digital transformation management preferred but not mandatoryEducation:Degree in Business or related fields of studyPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
