The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides an objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.The LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team seeks a sharp Content Quality Assurance Specialist, covering the Japanese community market to help create a better space for content creators and users. You will review TikTok Live's content and enforce policy decisions related to content. You will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe. The successful applicant will come with a track record of communicating effectively and working with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization to assist in meeting business unit goals and objectives.Detailed responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for monitoring international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content & Quality assurance.
2. Thorough data analysis, summarise and feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and form a quality inspection report.
3. Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs.
4. Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, comes with a relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
2. Proficiency in English & Japanese language is a must, due to coverage of Japanese market and content.Preferred Qualifications:
1. Working experience in internet/ tech / BPO related organisation
2. Possesses strong learning ability, cross-department communication and collaboration skills, overseas working/ training is a plus;
3.
