Quantity Surveyor (Landscape Designer)

• Prepare tender documents, evaluation reports, variation agreements, and render professional advice on any penalties
• Check and verify quotations, "star rate" items, and market sensing
• Procure materials for trade work, liaise with subcontractors and vendors on deliveries to site
• Work with project team for material purchased directly to maintain, track, and update balance to be purchased
• Generate reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other related documents
• Support maintenance and Project works functions
• Submit VO quotation, discuss about variation of works with clients and ensure VO has been supported and approve by client for future claims
• Carry out random audits of projects on monthly maintenance replacement
• Ensure assigned projects are being completed within timeframe given

• Diploma in Quantity Survey, Building, Engineering, Construction Management, and other relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
• Knowledge in construction drawings, sequence, and materials
• MS Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects
• Independent, good communication and problem solving skills

• Salary up to $4000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
