Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients
Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
Perform discharging procedures for patients
Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients
Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
Strong passion to serve the patients
Willing to work 2 rotating shifts (9am to 6pm / 11am to 8pm), including weekends and public holidays with 2 days off a week.
