Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.Your Opportunity Starts Here.What you do:Lead a team of Relationship Development Managers (RDMs) for our Premier Banking Asia (Offshore market) to achieve acquisition objectivesMentor and inspire team members to achieve their full potential in outperforming targetsLead, implement and drive Premier Banking Asia initiatives, tactical and strategic goalsOrganize acquisition events to showcase Premier Banking value proposition and provide acquisition opportunitiesEstablish progressive acquisition goals through constant operational feedback with Offshore Business Managers and Offshore Premier ManagersEnsure all campaign leads are actively followed up and fulfilledEnsure all compulsory modules are attended / passedEnsure full compliance to on-boarding guidelines and regulatory requirementsEnsure RDMs adherence to AML guidelines and proper conduct.Who you are:Minimum 5 years of sales/acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segmentSupervisory and management experience is preferredRecognised university degreeSound knowledge of affluent segment banking products and servicesOutstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsEffective negotiator with relevant stakeholders; ability to influence and mould environment for acquisition to thriveAbility to work independently, coupled with a dynamic creative personaHighly efficient in MicrosoftWhat we offer:Competitive base salary.
