- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and work with hiring managers to identify the talent pool in anticipation of business needs
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talents
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Work closely with hiring manager and HRBP to create compensation packages for successful candidates, and see-through offer closure with successful negotiations with candidate
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company to ensure compliance
- Prepare recruitment reports, analytics and presentations for reporting purpose
- Organize and host employer branding events and recruitment drives
- Innovate and execute projects to improve recruiting process
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience with a successful track record in Talent Acquisition
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday Recruitment module will be advantageous.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, ATS mining, social media, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
- Candidates with experience in a recruitment firm or in an in-house Talent Acquisition team specializing in the Lifescience, Medical Devices or Semiconductors industries are preferred
- Adaptable and able to navigate within a complex recruitment model / environment
- Experience in developing sourcing strategies and managing multiple recruitment channels to deliver recruitment targets within budget
- Possess continuous improvement mindset and know how to maximize recruitment processes and procedures to provide best in class service to the business within available resources
- Ability to deal assertively with conflict, and remain positive when under pressure
- Independent and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
