The Business Manager responsibility for delivering agreed targets through the development and execution of customer strategy and maximising all cross functional resources available to driving the Penfolds business and maintain a high standard of excellent at the same time. The Business Manager is responsible for the delivering the commercial operating plan for Indochina and Vietnam across different channels including On/Off Trade, Private & Corporate channels targeting consumers at both Entry and Luxury L&I level tiers. The role requires highest level of customer engagement, leadership and integrity in the development and execution of the brand strategy.Develop and execute comprehensive JBP to achieve target at a customer level, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.Secure new distribution and listings in domestic markets, with a particular focus on Luxury & Icon tiersMeet and exceed volume, NSR (Net Sales Revenue), GP (Gross Profit), and distribution targets.Build and nurture customer relationships in accordance with the channel strategy and commercial objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term growth plans.Identify high-potential premium wine growth opportunities by analysing market trends and customer data, contributing to the overall business strategy.Ensure accurate, timely reporting of monthly sales performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.Liaise with internal and external marketing stakeholders to align brand positioning and drive effective promotional activities.Achieve annual volume and financial targets in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.Deliver forecasting accuracy and manage discounts and accruals, ensuring strong financial oversight and efficient resource allocation.Monitor and manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) and D&R (Discounts & Rebates) budgets in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders, ensuring that marketing investments deliver measurable ROI.Create a harmony respectful working environment and ensure teamwork when delivering the taskAbout youTertiary qualifications in business, commerce, marketing, hospitality management or related disciplines * WSET Level II or higher (or equivalent knowledge/qualification)Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Wine industry, with proven national / key account management and international sales experienceOutstanding Negotiation and Selling skillsDetailed understanding of how to develop successful partnerships with customers.Confidence and ability to deal with different level of gatekeepers.Excellent problem-solving skills * Experience in managing P&L, budgeting & investment planWhy you'll love it here:Our culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous and delivering together - it's our DNA and the heart of who we are at TWE.We prioritise your growth with access to global career opportunities and structured programs designed to support your health, wellbeing and career development.Enjoy the world's most desirable wines through our generous employee product allowancePlus, you'll get an extra day off each year with your “TWEforME Day” - a day to spend however you choose!We offer a range of great benefits such as flexibility, rewards and discounts and health and wellbeing initiatives.
