$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
Complete make-ready process of vacant rooms, apartments as directed by the Chief Engineer.
Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
Schedule and complete the “Preventive Maintenance Program”.
Coordinate special projects with vendors/contractors as directed by the Chief Engineer
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors/contractors.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Building facilities & maintenance experience is a plus.
Possess a Class 3 License.
