- Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking across SEA to establish salary ranges and compensation plans for each country and recommend changes when needed
- Collaborate with Country HRBPs and Leadership to align compensation philosophy with market positioning and internal strategy
- Merit Increase Guidelines & Matrix
- Design and maintain merit increase guidelines and matrix, ensuring fair allocation of salary increments
- Guide managers to apply consistent and equitable merit increases across roles and countries
- Salary Review
- Lead internal equity analysis during salary review cycle to identify and address discrepancies
- Host and facilitate cross-functional calibration sessions (e.g., with HRBPs, Finance, business leaders) to ensure pay equity and consistency
- Job Evaluation
- Perform job evaluation to determine job sizes and ensure that they are aligned with roles, responsibilities and internal job grading structure and internal equity framework
- Familiarity with Hay and Mercer Job Evaluation methodologies would be an advantage
- Share Plan Management
- Manage share plan nominations and approvals for eligible employees in the region
- Ensure nominations align with performance outcomes, business impact, and regional guidelines
- Global Mobility
- Support and review international assignment proposals
- Advise on compensation package design, benefits alignment and compliance for intra-region transfer
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance or a related field
- At least 5-6 years of experience in compensation & benefits, ideally with a multi-country/regional remit
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and labour laws of Southeast Asia countries
- Proven experience managing salary benchmarking, job evaluation, salary ranges and company-wide compensation structures and benefits programs
- Advanced user of MS Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication capabilities, with the ability to engage with people at all levels of the organization
- Able to work independently with a high degree of flexibility and regional cultural sensitivity
- Proficient in English, other languages such as Mandarin and Korean would be advantageous
