- Leverage your expertise as a Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of AI-driven and digital solutions for power, gas, sustainable energy and adjacent business domains.
- Assess business requirements, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and propose scalable, robust solutions.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Drive stakeholder engagement by collaborating with business leaders, engineers, and IT teams to gather requirements and articulate solution benefits.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to facilitate understanding and adoption of digital initiatives.
- Demonstrate technical leadership by evaluating and selecting appropriate AI, data analytics, and digital technologies for various business scenarios.
- Oversee solution implementation, integration, and deployment, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
- Mentor and guide development teams in best practices for AI model development, data engineering, and system integration.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, IoT, and digital transformation relevant to the utilities sector.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects and pilot new technologies to assess business impact.
- Recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes for greater efficiency and value creation.
- At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale digital systems.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, microservices, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in or with the utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of various architectural frameworks patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven), and design principles (e.g., scalability, reliability, security).
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure/AWS/GCP AI services).
- Familiarity with IoT, Smart Grid, Energy Flexibility and technologies used in Utility Transmission & Distribution is a plus point.
- Ability to understand and model complex system, recognize patterns and design scalable, robust architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills; able to navigate technical complexity and ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
