What the role is:The successful candidate will be part of the team that is responsible for educating, raising awareness and building of interest in PUB's topics and issues. He/she will be working with internal and external stakeholders to further PUB's narratives and messaging effectively to gain support and recall.What you will be working on:The key responsibilities are: • Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns, including school programmes and engagement initiatives to stakeholders (e.g. schools, grassroots, corporates, NGOs and government agencies) to meet PUB objectives with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes. • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders which includes identifying opportunities and working with stakeholders to foster buy-in of PUB's work, encourage ground-up initiatives, develop and execute programmes and events to engage the community. • Identify and cultivate stakeholders as third-party advocates to build support for PUB's programmes, initiatives and policies • Work with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, other public agencies) to achieve outcomes that best meet PUB's objectives and address stakeholders' needs • Develop indicators and collect data to evaluate effectiveness of outreach programmes and engagement initiatives, to improve them and inform future strategy and plans. • Other projects as assignedWhat we are looking for:
  • Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Comms, Marketing, Social Sciences), with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in stakeholder engagement • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Strong organisational and project management skills • Excellent writing skills along with strong presentation and oral communication skills • Highly motivated and able to deliver under tight deadlines • Work well independently and also a good team player • Excellent analytical and communication skill Work Location: Environment Building, 40 Scotts Road S(228231) All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
